The Ultimate Hangover Cure


With many of us over consuming alcohol, it is vitally important that we help maintain a healthy liver, the main organ to process and remove alcohol from our systems.

2)  Chicken and ginger broth with noodles – an essential mix of carbohydrates and protein, this warming bowl will instantly help to ease your symptoms. Add a tsp of chopped ginger for a nutritious boost that will help with nausea.
