Can I include a Gift Note in my order?

Absolutely! We love to make each order feel special and encourage you to include a Gift Note.

We offer gift notes free of charge with every order. Simply enter your gift message in the designated box at checkout and our team will include this with your parcel.

Can you deliver on a Specific Delivery Date?

Are you looking to buy a gift for someone’s birthday and want it to arrive on that day? We can do that for you.

Simply enter the required delivery date at checkout and we will despatch for delivery on that day. We do not have a guaranteed delivery service for Saturdays and Sundays so please bare this in mind when placing your order.  

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately we have had to suspend shipments into the EU and worldwide due to the forever changing import and export rules following the COVID-19 pandemic and Brexit. We are working hard to get international shipments back up and running as soon as we can. Sorry to anyone that this may affect, but we will be sure to let you all know once we can guarantee successful deliveries again.

Can I return my order?

We hope that you love your order, however in the event that something is not quite right then please contact us at hello@elevateyour.co.uk within 10 days of placing your order and we will work with you to get your order returned to us, or a replacement sent. Once the parcel has been returned, you will be refunded within 3-5 working days with payment being credited back to your original payment method. Cost of delivery will not be refunded.
